Job Description:
OJCrew is currently recruiting an experienced Cook to join a DSV (Dive Support Vessel) operating within an offshore fleet.
The successful candidate should have previous experience in the same rank onboard DSV or other offshore vessels and be able to work effectively in an international offshore environment.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
Prepare and serve meals for the vessel's crew.
Maintain high standards of food hygiene and cleanliness in the galley.
Manage food provisions and monitor stock levels.
Prepare varied meals according to crew requirements.
Follow all onboard safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Cook onboard a DSV or offshore vessel.
Experience in rank on the offshore fleet.
Valid STCW certificates.
Valid Medical Fitness Certificate.
Relevant food safety / hygiene certification.
Good working English.
Good physical fitness and safety awareness.
