Cook for Dredger Vessel

Job Description:

Augustea Ship Manning Philippines Inc. is recruiting an experienced Cook to join a Dredger vessel. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing meals for the crew, maintaining a clean and hygienic galley, managing food provisions, and ensuring that catering operations are carried out efficiently and in accordance with onboard safety and hygiene standards.

The position is intended for candidates with relevant maritime catering experience and the ability to work effectively in a multicultural crew environment.

Key Responsibilities:

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

• Prepare daily meals for the vessel's crew.
• Maintain high standards of galley cleanliness and food hygiene.
• Manage food provisions, storage, and inventory.
• Ensure proper handling and preparation of food.
• Follow onboard safety, sanitation, and catering procedures.

Requirements:

• Valid STCW certificates.
• Valid medical fitness certificate.
• Proficiency in English communication.
• Previous experience as a Cook on board vessels is preferred.
• Dredger or offshore vessel experience is an advantage.
