Job Description:
We are recruiting a Cook – Asian Corner to prepare Asian cuisine onboard a cruise or passenger vessel. The candidate will support daily galley operations while maintaining food quality, hygiene, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Preparing Asian dishes according to company recipes and standards
• Maintaining food quality, presentation, and portion control
• Following food hygiene and safety procedures
• Maintaining a clean and organized workstation
• Supporting the galley team during daily operations

Requirements:
• Valid STCW certificates, where applicable
• Medical fitness certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
• Previous cruise or passenger-vessel experience preferred
• Minimum 1 year of relevant culinary experience
• Experience with Asian cuisine preferred
