Anglo-Eastern Offshore is seeking an experienced Cook to join a new Cable Lay Vessel (CLV) operating in the UK sector. The position offers a regular 6 weeks on / 6 weeks off rotation.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Preparing and serving high-quality meals for crew onboard
• Planning menus and managing food supplies
• Maintaining hygiene and cleanliness in the galley and food storage areas
• Ensuring compliance with food safety and onboard HSE procedures
• Monitoring and controlling provisions and galley inventory

• Valid Cook CoC
• Valid STCW certificates
• Valid Medical Certificate
• Right to work in the UK – mandatory
• Previous offshore/maritime Cook experience
• Good English communication skills
