Cook / Crew Chef for Motor Yachts

Job Description:
We are currently recruiting an experienced Cook / Crew Chef for Motor Yachts operating worldwide.

The Cook / Crew Chef will be responsible for preparing nutritious, varied and well-balanced meals for the yacht crew. Previous crew-catering or yacht cooking experience is preferred.

The successful candidate should maintain high standards of food preparation, hygiene and galley cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Prepare nutritious and varied meals for the crew.
• Plan menus and manage food preparation.
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene and galley cleanliness.
• Manage food storage and supplies as required.
• Follow yacht safety and food-safety procedures.

Requirements:
• Valid STCW certificates, where applicable
• Relevant culinary / food-safety qualifications
• Valid ENG1 or equivalent medical certificate, where applicable
• Valid passport and seafarer's documents
• Good command of English
• Previous crew-catering or yacht cooking experience
• Ability to prepare nutritious and varied crew meals
