Job Description
MRS Marine is recruiting an experienced Chief Cook for an Offshore Support Vessel (OSV). The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing nutritious meals for the crew, managing galley operations, maintaining food inventories, and ensuring compliance with hygiene and food safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
Prepare daily meals for crew members.
Manage food stores and inventory.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food hygiene.
Plan menus according to operational requirements.
Ensure compliance with company catering procedures.
Requirements
Valid STCW certificates
Medical fitness certificate
Proficiency in English communication
Previous experience as Chief Cook on offshore vessels is preferred
Food Hygiene Certificate is an advantage
Valid passport and seaman's book

Contract Duration: As per company contract
