Job Description:
Select Offshore is currently recruiting experienced Chief Cook personnel for an upcoming offshore assignment on a Jack-Up operating in the UK North Sea. The positions are offered on a 5-week rotation, with mobilisation scheduled for 26 August.
Open Positions:
Chief Cook
• Vessel/Installation: Jack-Up
• Start Date: 26 August
• Rotation: 5 weeks
Key Responsibilities:
As per company and project requirements, duties may include but are not limited to:
• Preparing and serving meals for offshore personnel
• Managing food preparation and maintaining high catering standards
• Ensuring proper food storage, hygiene, and cleanliness
• Supporting daily galley operations and catering requirements
• Following offshore HSE, food safety, and hygiene procedures
Requirements:
• Previous offshore experience as a Chief Cook
• Valid UK FWP (Frontier Worker Permit)
• Valid GWO Working at Heights certification
• Valid HUET CA-EBS
• Valid medical and relevant offshore certificates
• Availability to join on 26 August
