Job Description:
A Chief Cook is required for an International Container Vessel. Candidates must have experience preparing European and Indian cuisine for multinational crews. International container vessel experience and a valid US Visa are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
Prepare daily meals for the crew.
Plan menus with balanced nutrition.
Manage galley inventory and food supplies.
Maintain hygiene and sanitation standards.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
Requirements:
Valid STCW certificates
Medical fitness certificate
Proficiency in English communication
Experience preparing European and Indian cuisine
Valid US Visa (preferred)
Previous International Container Vessel experience
