Chief Cook for Cable Lay Vessel (UK)

Job Description:
We are seeking experienced Chief Cooks for upcoming August opportunities onboard a Cable Lay Vessel. The position is open to UK Nationals and candidates holding a valid UK Frontier Worker Permit (FWP).

The Chief Cook will be responsible for overseeing the vessel's galley operations, preparing high-quality meals, managing food provisions, and maintaining strict food safety and hygiene standards for the offshore crew.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
Plan and prepare daily meals and menus for the crew.
Supervise galley operations and catering activities.
Manage food provisions, stock levels, and inventory.
Ensure compliance with food hygiene, sanitation, and safety requirements.
Coordinate with the catering team to provide efficient onboard meal services.

Requirements:
Valid STCW certificates, where applicable.
Valid Medical Fitness Certificate.
Proficiency in English communication.
UK Nationality or valid UK Frontier Worker Permit (FWP).
Proven experience as a Chief Cook, preferably onboard offshore or maritime vessels.
Relevant food safety and hygiene certificates.
Availability during August 2026.
