Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced 2nd Cook to join a SCOV DP2 vessel operating in the North Sea. The contract duration is 8 weeks with an expected joining date of 10th May. The role involves assisting in galley operations onboard an offshore vessel and supporting the Chief Cook in food preparation and catering services for crew members under offshore working conditions. Wages are negotiable depending on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Assisting in preparation and cooking of meals onboard
• Supporting galley operations and food service activities
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the galley
• Assisting with provisioning and stock organization
• Following offshore safety and food hygiene regulations

Requirements:
• Valid STCW certificates
• Medical fitness certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
• Only EU Nationals with valid UK Work Permit or Ukrainian nationals under UK protection status
• Minimum 12 months of experience as 2nd Cook on similar vessel types (SCOV / DP2)
• Ship’s Cook License (if applicable)
• HUET with CA-EBS
