2nd Cook / Night Cook for Offshore Vessel

Job Description:

We are currently looking for an experienced 2nd Cook / Night Cook for an offshore assignment with immediate mobilisation. The successful candidate must be available to travel immediately and hold the required offshore, maritime, and wind-industry certifications.

The role will involve supporting daily catering operations and preparing meals during the assigned working period, while maintaining high standards of food hygiene and onboard safety.

Key Responsibilities:

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

• Preparing meals and supporting daily galley operations.
• Assisting the Chief Cook with food preparation and catering duties.
• Performing night cooking duties as required.
• Maintaining galley cleanliness and food hygiene standards.
• Following onboard health, safety, and sanitation procedures.

Requirements:

• Valid US Visa (Wind Activities).
• Valid BOSIET with CA-EBS.
• Valid GWO Sea Survival certificate.
• Valid STCW certificates.
• Relevant experience as a 2nd Cook / Night Cook.
• Available for immediate joining and travel.
