Job Description:
We are currently seeking a 2nd Cook for an upcoming offshore project. This is an excellent opportunity for qualified catering personnel with offshore experience who are ready to join a vessel operating in a dynamic offshore environment. The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting daily galley operations, assisting with meal preparation, and maintaining hygiene and food safety standards onboard. Due to project and joining requirements, this vacancy is open to Malaysian nationals only, with preference for candidates currently based in the Far East region.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
- Assisting the Chief Cook in preparing and serving daily meals for crew onboard
- Supporting galley operations, including food preparation, storage, and stock rotation
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the galley, mess room, and food storage areas
- Ensuring compliance with onboard health, safety, and food handling regulations
- Assisting with inventory control and reporting shortages of provisions or galley supplies

- Valid STCW certificates
- Valid medical fitness certificate
- Proficiency in English communication
- Malaysian nationals only
- All documentation and certificates must be valid and up to date
- Previous offshore or vessel catering experience will be considered an advantage
