Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced 2nd Cook to support the galley operations by preparing high-quality dishes in accordance with company recipes and standards. The 2nd Cook is responsible for delivering a courteous, professional, and personalized food service across breakfast, lunch, dinner, room service, and tea time/canapé production. This role requires consistency, attention to detail, and the ability to perform in a high-volume luxury hospitality environment at sea.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Preparing dishes according to company recipes and quality standards
• Supporting breakfast, lunch, dinner, and room service operations
• Assisting with tea time and canapé production
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the galley
• Ensuring compliance with public health and food safety regulations
• Supporting senior kitchen staff in daily operations

Requirements:
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in a similar position in a 5-star international establishment
• Strong knowledge of international cuisine
• Solid understanding of culinary fundamentals and food preparation techniques
• Strong knowledge of public health, sanitation, and food safety standards
• Proficiency in English communication (fluent verbal and written)
