Acak Samudera Indonesia is hiring Chief Cooks for Tanker fleet operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage galley operations and supervise catering staff
• Prepare meals for international crew
• Ensure hygiene and stock control in galley and provision areas
Requirements:
• 24 months of sea service as Chief Cook
• Valid Ship Cook Certificate and STCW documents
• English proficiency
