The selected candidate will prepare high-quality meals for guests and crew while maintaining exceptional galley standards onboard.
Job Responsibilities
Prepare gourmet meals for guests and crew
Plan menus and manage food provisioning
Maintain galley hygiene and food safety standards
Ensure professional food presentation onboard
Manage galley inventory and storage operations
Requirements
Previous yacht or luxury culinary experience preferred
Valid food hygiene certificates preferred
Valid passport and medical certificate
Strong culinary and organizational abilities
Good English communication skills
