Sole Chef for Luxury Motor Yacht (International)

Job Description:
Diana Corell is recruiting an experienced Sole Chef for luxury motor yacht operations worldwide. The successful candidate will independently manage the galley and prepare meals according to owners' and guests' preferences.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

• Plan and prepare meals according to guest preferences and dietary requirements.
• Manage menus, provisioning, food storage, and galley operations.
• Maintain high food hygiene and presentation standards.
• Organize kitchen operations and minimize food waste.

Requirements:

• Relevant Sole Chef / yacht chef experience.
• Previous motor yacht / superyacht experience preferred.
• Relevant culinary qualifications.
• Valid STCW certificates where required.
• ENG1 medical certificate where required.
• Good command of English.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
