Job Description:
We are currently recruiting an experienced Chief Steward(ess) for Motor Yachts operating worldwide.
The Chief Steward(ess) will lead the interior department and ensure exceptional luxury guest service, housekeeping, service and overall interior presentation.
Previous Chief Steward(ess) or senior interior experience on luxury yachts is required.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Supervise and coordinate the interior department.
• Maintain exceptional housekeeping and interior presentation standards.
• Provide high-quality guest service and support guest requests.
• Coordinate service, laundry and housekeeping operations.
• Train and supervise junior interior crew members where applicable.

Requirements:
• Valid STCW certificates, where applicable
• Valid professional qualifications applicable to the position
• Valid ENG1 or equivalent medical certificate
• Valid passport and seafarer's documents
• Good command of English
• Previous Chief Steward(ess) or senior interior experience
• Strong leadership and luxury guest-service skills
• Excellent knowledge of housekeeping, service and interior operations
