Job Description:
A private yacht is seeking an experienced Chief Stewardess to lead the interior team and ensure exceptional hospitality, housekeeping, and personalized guest service onboard.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and supervise the interior department
• Coordinate housekeeping, laundry, and guest-service operations
• Maintain exceptional presentation and cleanliness standards
• Provide personalized service to guests and owners
• Coordinate with the Captain and other departments to ensure smooth yacht operations

Requirements:
• Valid STCW certificates, including Basic Safety Training
• Valid Medical Fitness Certificate (ENG1 or equivalent)
• Proven yacht experience in a Chief Stewardess or senior interior position
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent English communication skills
• Professional appearance, discretion, and positive attitude
• Open to all nationalities
