Job Description

Minerva Marine Agency, Inc. is recruiting Chief Cook / Stewards with experience working aboard Greek vessels.

Key Responsibilities

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

• Prepare meals and support catering services for crew members, as assigned.
• Plan menus and manage galley provisions and food supplies.
• Maintain food hygiene, cleanliness, and safe food storage.
• Carry out housekeeping and stewarding duties, where applicable.
• Follow onboard safety, sanitation, and company procedures.

Requirements

• Experience aboard Greek vessels is required.
• Relevant Chief Cook or Steward experience.
• Applicable food hygiene and safety certificates for catering roles.
• Valid STCW certificates and medical fitness certificate, as applicable.
• Proficiency in English communication and complete, valid seafarer’s documents.
