Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced Chief Cook to join a SCOV DP2 vessel operating in the North Sea. The contract duration is 8 weeks with an expected joining date of 10th May. The role involves managing galley operations onboard an offshore vessel and ensuring high standards of food preparation and catering services for crew members. Wages are negotiable depending on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Preparing and serving meals for crew members onboard
• Managing galley operations and food safety standards
• Planning menus and overseeing provisions and stock control
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the galley area
• Ensuring compliance with offshore catering regulations and safety procedures

Requirements:
• Valid STCW certificates
• Medical fitness certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
• Only EU Nationals with valid UK Work Permit or Ukrainian nationals under UK protection status
• Minimum 12 months of experience as Chief Cook on similar vessel types (SCOV / DP2)
• Ship’s Cook License
• HUET with CA-EBS
