Job Description: Jasindo Duta Segara is looking for an experienced Chief Cook to work onboard a VLGC Vessel . The candidate will be responsible for food preparation, galley management, and maintaining hygiene standards onboard.
Key Responsibilities: As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to: Prepare daily meals for vessel crew
Manage galley operations and food supplies
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
Control provisions and inventory
Follow company catering procedures
Requirements: Valid STCW 2010 certificates
Medical fitness certificate
English communication ability
Minimum 2 years experience in the same position
Previous experience onboard tanker vessels preferred
Experience in foreign trading area
Experience with mixed crew vessels
