Job Description

TNC Manajemen Maritim is recruiting an experienced Chief Cook to join a VLCC vessel for maintenance operations. The Chief Cook will manage galley activities, prepare meals for the crew, maintain food hygiene standards, and ensure the galley operates safely and efficiently.

Position Available

• Chief Cook — USD 2,500/month

Requirements

• Previous experience on a VLCC vessel is mandatory
• Relevant catering and food hygiene certificates, where required
• All certificates must be valid for at least 12 months
• Valid passport, seaman's book, and medical certificate
• Good English communication skills
• Knowledge of onboard food hygiene and galley safety
