Chief Cook for TSHD Vessel (UK)

Job Description:
A qualified Chief Cook is required to join a TSHD (Trailing Suction Hopper Dredger) vessel operating on a long-term UK project. The successful candidate will be responsible for the preparation of meals and maintaining catering and hygiene standards onboard.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

• Preparing and serving meals for the vessel's crew.
• Managing food storage and kitchen supplies.
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the galley.
• Following food safety and onboard hygiene procedures.
• Assisting with general catering duties as required.

Requirements:

• Valid STCW certificates and required seafarer documents.
• Valid UK Visa / Right to Work in the UK.
• Relevant experience as Chief Cook.
• Two latest appraisals.
• Medical fitness certificate.
• Proficiency in English communication.
