Job Description:
Jebsen PTC Maritime Inc. is recruiting a Chief Cook for a Tanker vessel. Candidates must have proven experience preparing Indian cuisine. The Chief Cook will be responsible for meal preparation, galley management, food hygiene, and provision control onboard.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare daily meals, including Indian cuisine, for officers and crew.
Maintain high standards of galley hygiene and food safety.
Manage food provisions and monitor stock levels.
Ensure proper storage and handling of food supplies.
Maintain galley equipment and working areas in safe condition.
Requirements:
Previous experience as Chief Cook
Indian Cuisine experience required
Tanker vessel experience preferred
Valid STCW certificates
Medical fitness certificate
Proficiency in English communication
Valid seafarer's documents
