Job Description:
Worldwide Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Chief Cook to join a Survey Vessel operating in the UK. The position is scheduled to commence on 2nd June for a duration of 4 weeks onboard.
The role involves managing all galley operations onboard, ensuring high-quality meal preparation and compliance with hygiene and safety standards in an offshore survey environment. Candidates must have UK working rights.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Planning and preparing daily meals for vessel crew
• Managing galley operations and food stock control
• Ensuring strict compliance with food hygiene and safety standards
• Maintaining cleanliness of galley and storage areas
• Supervising galley assistants (if applicable)
Requirements:
• Valid Cook Certificate of Competency (Cook CoC)
• Valid STCW certificates
• Food Hygiene certificate
• Valid Passport
• Seaman’s Book
• Valid Medical Certificate
• UK working rights (mandatory)
Employment Details:
