Job Description:
The company is urgently recruiting a Chief Cook to prepare meals for the crew onboard Supramax and Handy Bulk Carriers. Candidates with Turkish cuisine experience will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
Prepare nutritious daily meals for the crew.
Plan menus and manage food inventory.
Maintain hygiene and sanitation standards in the galley.
Order and control food provisions.
Ensure compliance with food safety procedures.
Requirements:
Valid STCW certificates
Medical fitness certificate
Proficiency in English communication
Previous experience as Chief Cook onboard merchant vessels
Experience preparing Turkish cuisine is required

Contract Duration: As per company policy
Salary: USD 2,100/month
