Job Description:
MT Crew Management Philippines Inc. is hiring 1 Chief Cook to join an Oil/Chemical Tanker vessel. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing meals for the crew, with Unston cuisine experience as specified by the employer, while maintaining high standards of food hygiene, sanitation, and galley management onboard.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
Prepare daily meals according to crew requirements and company standards.
Prepare Unston cuisine and a variety of nutritious meals.
Plan menus and manage food provisions efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the galley and food storage areas.
Follow onboard food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
Requirements:
1 Chief Cook vacancy
Previous experience as a Chief Cook
Unston cuisine experience preferred/required as specified
Oil/Chemical Tanker experience preferred
Valid Cook/Chief Cook certification as applicable
Valid STCW certificates
Valid medical fitness certificate
Valid seafarer's documents
Good command of English
Ability to work effectively as part of a multinational crew
