Job Description:
88 ACES is recruiting a Chief Cook (CCK) for an Oil/Chemical Tanker vessel. The Chief Cook will be responsible for preparing crew meals, maintaining galley hygiene, managing provisions, and ensuring compliance with onboard food safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare daily meals and menus for the crew.
Maintain high standards of galley hygiene and cleanliness.
Manage food provisions and monitor stock levels.
Ensure proper food storage and safe food handling.
Follow onboard health and safety procedures.
Requirements:
Previous Chief Cook experience
Oil/Chemical Tanker experience preferred
Valid STCW certificates
Medical fitness certificate
Proficiency in English communication
Valid seafarer's documents
