Elburg Shipmanagement is urgently recruiting five experienced Chief Cooks to manage galley operations and provide meals for the crew aboard oil tanker vessel.

Key Responsibilities

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

• Prepare nutritious meals according to the crew’s requirements.
• Plan menus and manage food provisions and inventory.
• Maintain galley cleanliness and food-hygiene standards.
• Monitor food storage and minimize food waste.
• Comply with onboard sanitation and safety procedures.

Requirements

• Relevant experience as a Chief Cook or Ship’s Cook.
• Food-safety or food-hygiene certification, where required.
• Valid medical fitness certificate and applicable seafarer documents.
• Proficiency in English communication.
