Chief Cook for Oil Chemical Tanker Vessel ( UAE)

Job Description:

Maritime Group is seeking an experienced Chief Cook to join an Oil Tanker vessel. The position is part of the Galley Department, with joining in Fujairah, UAE.

The Chief Cook will be responsible for managing daily catering operations, preparing meals for the crew, maintaining food hygiene standards, and ensuring the galley is operated safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

• Planning and preparing daily meals for the crew.
• Managing galley operations and food preparation.
• Maintaining high standards of food hygiene and cleanliness.
• Monitoring provisions and food stores.
• Ensuring compliance with onboard health and safety procedures.

Requirements:

• Relevant experience as a Chief Cook onboard.
• Valid STCW certificates and seafarer documents.
• Valid medical fitness certificate.
• Good English communication skills.
• Relevant Oil Tanker experience preferred.
• Valid food hygiene certification where applicable.
