Job Description
LT Marine Offshore Services, Inc. is urgently seeking an experienced Chief Cook (CCK) for an Oil/Chemical MR Tanker.
The successful candidate should have relevant sea-service experience in the position applied for and be ready for immediate deployment. A valid U.S. visa is considered an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
- Prepare daily meals for officers and crew according to company standards.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation.
- Plan menus and manage food provisions efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the galley and food-storage areas.
- Follow vessel food-safety and health regulations.
Requirements
- Relevant sea-service experience as Chief Cook.
- Previous tanker experience preferred.
- Valid seafarer documentation.
- Valid STCW certificates.
- Valid medical fitness certificate.
- Relevant food hygiene/food safety certification.
- Proficiency in English communication.
- Valid U.S. visa is an advantage.
- Recommendation/appraisal reports are an advantage.
