Job Description:
Lerus is currently recruiting an experienced Chief Cook for an offshore vessel. The position is offered on a contract of approximately 3 months +/- 1 month.
Key Responsibilities:
• Preparing meals for the crew onboard
• Managing daily galley operations
• Maintaining food hygiene and cleanliness standards
• Managing provisions and food storage
• Following vessel safety and food hygiene procedures
Requirements:
• Previous experience as a Chief Cook
• Relevant Cook/Chief Cook certification
• Valid medical and maritime documents
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multinational crew
Employment Details:
• Position: Chief Cook
• Contract: 3 months +/- 1 month
• Salary: USD 150/day
• Vessel: Offshore
