Chief Cook for Offshore Project (Europe)

Job Description:

Select Offshore is currently looking for an experienced Chief Cook to join an upcoming offshore project. The position is scheduled to start at the end of September 2026 for a 6–8 week assignment. Due to project requirements, EU nationals only will be considered.

Open Position:

• 1 × Chief Cook

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing and serving meals for the offshore crew

• Managing daily galley and catering operations

• Maintaining high standards of food hygiene and cleanliness

• Managing food provisions and galley supplies

• Following vessel, company, and HSE procedures

Requirements:

• EU nationality – mandatory

• Valid Cook CoC

• Valid STCW certificates

• Valid BOSIET + CA-EBS

• Valid H2S Certificate – can be arranged

• Previous offshore / maritime catering experience

• Availability to join at the end of September 2026
