Job Description:
Atlas Nextwave is recruiting an experienced Chief Cook to join an MPSV operating in UK offshore waters. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing galley operations, preparing meals, maintaining food hygiene standards, and ensuring crew catering services are delivered safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
Manage daily galley operations and meal preparation
Prepare meals according to crew requirements and company standards
Maintain food hygiene and cleanliness onboard
Control food stocks and provisions
Follow offshore safety and catering procedures
Requirements:
Valid STCW certificates
Valid Medical Fitness Certificate
Valid Passport and Seaman’s Book
UK Right to Work / FWP required
Previous offshore vessel experience required
Experience as Chief Cook onboard vessels preferred
Valid food hygiene certificate preferred
Good English communication skills
