Job Description:
Jebsen PTC Maritime Inc. is recruiting a Chief Cook for an LPG vessel. Candidates must have proven experience preparing Indian cuisine. The Chief Cook will manage daily meal preparation, galley operations, food provisions, and onboard hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare daily meals, including Indian cuisine, for the crew.
Maintain high standards of galley hygiene and food safety.
Manage food provisions and monitor inventory.
Ensure proper food storage and handling.
Maintain galley equipment and work areas in clean and safe condition.
Requirements:
Previous experience as Chief Cook
Indian Cuisine experience required
LPG vessel experience preferred
Valid STCW certificates
Medical fitness certificate
Proficiency in English communication
Valid seafarer's documents
