Job Description

Jebsen PTC Maritime Incorporated is urgently hiring an experienced Chief Cook for its LPG fleet.

The Chief Cook will be responsible for preparing meals for the crew while maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, galley cleanliness, and food-safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare daily meals for officers and crew.
• Plan menus and manage provisions efficiently.
• Maintain high standards of food quality and hygiene.
• Control food stocks and minimize waste.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the galley and stores.

Requirements

• Relevant experience as Chief Cook.
• Previous LPG/tanker vessel experience preferred.
• Valid STCW certificates as applicable.
• Valid medical fitness certificate.
• Food hygiene/food safety certification as required.
• Proficiency in English communication.
