Chief Cook for LPG / LNG Tanker Vessels

Job Description:

PT. Kuantum Marina Global is seeking an experienced Chief Cook for immediate joining on a dual-fuel Tanker vessel. The candidate will manage meal preparation and galley operations while maintaining food hygiene and sanitation standards onboard.

Key Responsibilities:

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

• Prepare daily meals for the crew.
• Plan menus and organize food preparation.
• Manage food provisions, inventory, and galley supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards.
• Follow onboard hygiene and sanitation procedures.

Requirements:

• Indonesian nationality required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chief Cook on the same vessel type.
• All required documents valid for at least 12 months.
• Valid STCW certificates relevant to the position.
• Valid Seafarer Medical Certificate, Seaman’s Book, and Passport.
• Fluent in English.
