Chief Cook for LNG Tanker Vessel (Philippines)

Job Description

Augustea Group is recruiting a Chief Cook for an LNG Tanker Vessel. The Chief Cook will be responsible for preparing meals for the crew, managing galley operations, maintaining food hygiene standards, and ensuring proper storage and handling of provisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing daily meals according to onboard menus and crew requirements.
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene throughout the galley.
• Managing food provisions and minimizing waste.
• Ensuring safe storage and handling of food products.
• Following onboard food safety, hygiene, and safety procedures.

Requirements

• Valid Chief Cook / Cook qualification as applicable.
• Valid STCW certificates.
• Valid Medical Fitness Certificate.
• Relevant experience on merchant or LNG / tanker vessels.
• Food hygiene certification as applicable.
• Valid Seafarer's Book and passport.
• Proficiency in English communication.
