Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced Chief Cook to join a Jack-Up Barge operating in EU waters. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals for the crew, maintaining galley hygiene, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and company standards.
The assignment begins with the scheduled crew change on 29 July 2026 and follows a 4 weeks ON / 4 weeks OFF rotation.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
Prepare and serve nutritious meals for the vessel's crew.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the galley and food storage areas.
Manage food inventory, stock control, and provisioning.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company catering procedures.
Support emergency response procedures and maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements:
Valid STCW certificates.
Valid OGUK Medical certificate.
Proficiency in English communication.
EU citizenship is mandatory.
Previous offshore experience as a Chief Cook is preferred.
Valid passport and mandatory offshore certificates.
