Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced Chief Cook to join a Jack-Up Vessel operating on a 3 weeks on / 3 weeks off rotation. This is an excellent offshore opportunity for candidates with previous offshore catering experience who are available to join at short notice. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing meals onboard and supporting the overall galley operation in accordance with company standards and crew welfare requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
- Preparing and serving daily meals for crew onboard in accordance with dietary, hygiene, and company standards
- Managing galley operations, food storage, stock control, and inventory planning
- Maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the galley and food preparation areas
- Planning menus and ensuring efficient use of provisions during the rotation period
- Supporting overall crew welfare by providing high-quality catering services onboard

Requirements:
- Valid offshore catering certification as required by company policy
- UK FWP required or UK Citizens only
- Medical fitness certificate
- Proficiency in English communication
- Previous offshore experience preferred
- Availability to join at short notice
