Job Description

Wilhelmsen Marine Personnel (Philippines) Inc. is accepting applications from qualified Chief Cooks for Fully Refrigerated Gas Tanker / VLGC vessels.

Key Responsibilities

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

• Prepare daily meals for officers and crew.
• Plan menus and manage food provisions.
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene and galley cleanliness.
• Monitor food stocks and ensure proper storage.
• Maintain galley equipment and follow onboard safety procedures.

Requirements

• Relevant experience as a vessel Chief Cook.
• Experience on the required vessel type.
• Valid food hygiene and safety certificates, as applicable.
• Valid STCW certificates and medical fitness certificate, as required.
• Valid seafarer’s documents and proficiency in English communication.
