Job Description:
Accord People is recruiting an experienced Chief Cook to join a CSV operating in UK waters. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing onboard catering operations, preparing meals for crew members, maintaining food hygiene standards, and ensuring a safe and efficient galley environment.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
Manage daily galley operations and food preparation
Prepare meals according to crew requirements and company standards
Maintain food hygiene, cleanliness, and safety procedures
Control food stocks and provisions onboard
Follow vessel HSE procedures and offshore requirements
Requirements:
Valid STCW certificates
Valid Medical Fitness Certificate
Valid Passport
Valid Seaman’s Book
UK Right to Work required
BOSIET / FOET with CA-EBS certificate
Valid food hygiene / catering qualifications preferred
Previous experience as Chief Cook onboard vessels preferred
Good English communication skills
