Job Description:
Navilands Marine, Inc. is hiring 6 Chief Cooks to join Crude Oil Tanker vessels. The successful candidates will be responsible for the preparation of meals for the crew and for maintaining high standards of food hygiene, sanitation, and galley operations onboard.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare daily meals and menus for the crew.
Manage food provisions and galley supplies.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the galley and food storage areas.
Ensure proper food handling, preparation, and storage.
Follow onboard catering, safety, and sanitation procedures.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Chief Cook
Crude Oil Tanker experience preferred
Valid Cook/Chief Cook certification as applicable
Valid STCW certificates
Valid medical fitness certificate
Valid seafarer's documents
Good command of English
