We are currently recruiting a Chief Cook for a Construction Support Vessel operating offshore Nigeria.
Start date: 06 May 2026
Contract duration: 4 ± 2 weeks
The role involves managing galley operations onboard a vessel supporting offshore construction activities, ensuring high standards of food preparation, hygiene, and catering services for crew onboard.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Preparing daily meals for crew onboard in accordance with offshore catering standards
• Managing galley operations, food storage, and inventory control
• Ensuring compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations
• Maintaining cleanliness of kitchen and catering areas
• Planning menus suitable for offshore working conditions
• Supervising provision of meals for crew (POB 60–70)

Requirements:
• Proven experience as Chief Cook on vessels with POB 60–70
• Valid offshore medical certificate (less than 1 year old)
• Valid BOSIET certificate
• Valid GWO Sea Survival certificate
• Strong knowledge of offshore catering and hygiene standards
• Ability to work in multicultural offshore environment
