Job Description:
Elburg is recruiting a qualified Chief Cook to join a Chemical Tanker vessel. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing meals for the crew and maintaining high standards of food hygiene, sanitation, and galley management.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare daily meals and menus for officers and crew.
Manage food provisions and galley supplies.
Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
Ensure proper food storage and preparation.
Follow onboard catering and safety procedures.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Chief Cook
Chemical Tanker experience preferred
Valid Cook/Chief Cook certification as applicable
Valid STCW certificates
Valid medical fitness certificate
Valid seafarer's documents
Good command of English
