Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy and position, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
· Meal preparation and cooking for crew and personnel onboard
· Maintaining hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards in the galley
· Management of food stock, provisions, and storage
· Compliance with all safety management systems, catering policies, and health regulations
· Menu planning and accommodation of dietary requirements as needed

Requirements:
Essential Requirements:
· UK Work Permit – mandatory
· GWO SS (Sea Survival) – mandatory
· BOSIET – mandatory
· Valid Chief Cook COC (Ships Cook Certificate of Competency)
· Valid Food Hygiene certificate
· Valid STCW certificates as applicable
· Valid Medical Certificate (ENG1 or offshore equivalent)
· Valid Seaman's Book and Passport
· Proficiency in English communication (verbal and written)
· Experience: Proven experience as Chief Cook on offshore vessels, cable lay vessels, or similar
· Availability: Must be available from 1st May until 15th May
