Chief Cook for Bulk Carrier Vessel (Mozambique)

Job Description:
Lianson Fleet Group Berhad is recruiting an experienced Chief Cook to join a Bulk Carrier vessel operating in Mozambique. The candidate will be responsible for onboard catering operations and preparing meals for officers and crew members.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

• Preparing meals for officers and crew.
• Planning menus and organizing daily food preparation.
• Managing galley provisions and monitoring food supplies.
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the galley.
• Following food safety standards and company procedures.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as Chief Cook onboard Bulk Carrier vessels.
• Relevant catering experience and qualifications.
• Valid STCW certification package.
• Valid passport, Seaman's Book, and medical fitness certificate.
• Good English communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and safety awareness.
