Job Description:
Elburg is recruiting a qualified Chief Cook to join a Bulk Carrier vessel. The successful candidate will be responsible for meal preparation, galley management, food storage, and maintaining high standards of hygiene onboard.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare daily meals and menus for the crew.
Manage food provisions and galley supplies.
Maintain galley cleanliness and hygiene.
Ensure proper food preparation and storage.
Follow onboard catering and safety procedures.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Chief Cook
Bulk Carrier experience preferred
Valid Cook/Chief Cook certification as applicable
Valid STCW certificates
Valid medical fitness certificate
Valid seafarer's documents
Good command of English
