Chef de Partie – Staff
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, duties may include but are not limited to:
• Performing professional tasks related to position in accordance with maritime and hospitality standards
• Maintaining safety, hygiene, and operational efficiency onboard
• Supporting the vessel’s daily operations in coordination with the respective department heads
• Delivering excellent service and teamwork in a multicultural environment
• Following all company safety, quality, and environmental procedures
Requirements:
• Valid STCW and Seafarer Medical Certificate
• Relevant certification or trade qualification (depending on position)
• Proven experience in cruise, hospitality, or marine operations (minimum 1–3 years)
• Good command of English (spoken and written)
• Valid passport and seaman’s book
• Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to guest and operational excellence

• Contract Duration: Standard cruise rotation contracts (typically 6–8 months)
