Job Description:
Seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join the galley team aboard a Passenger / River Cruise Vessel.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and present meals according to menu and standards
• Maintain kitchen hygiene and food safety
• Assist Head Chef with menu planning and supervision
Requirements:
• Culinary qualification and valid hygiene certificates
• Experience in cruise or hotel catering
• English and/or German communication
